The staff at the reception are indeed very nice. I found the location ideal. It offered proximity to attractions but it also gave a sense of distance from crowds. I appreciated that there were plenty of restaurant choices in the area too.

The room felt a bit small for my liking. It was adequate for a historic area however I prefer more space

The spa was a definite highlight with various treatments available and a relaxation area to unwind after a massage. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea in the lobby area each day. I found this to be a very nice touch.

the location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the Seine and a few blocks to the Panthéon. PUBLIC transportation was also close by.

the room lacked sufficient storage , as the only drawer was occupied by the safe.
