fresh pastries beach access small room extractor fan
The breakfast buffet offered many options, i especially loved the fresh pastries. the hotel is conveniently located across from the beach. It was easy to go for a swim.
the room felt small and lacked storage space. the bathroom had no extractor fan, so the mirror fogged up easily.

The room had a partial sea view from the balcony. The bathroom was spacious with an amazing shower (it was excellent!). The breakfast offered a large number of items and delicious options.

missing a c annex room
The breakfast was very good. It offered plenty of choices to suit different tastes.
I had booked a room in the main building but instead got an annex room. This was a letdown. the room was not ready at the agreed time, which caused a delay. i also noticed the gym lacked air conditioning , made it quite uncomfortable.

efficient team seafront location cycling storage quick issue resolution
the reception team worked very efficiently. xhisca addressed issues quickly for our group of cyclists. The location DIRECTLY on the seafront IS excellent. the cycling storage suited my needs.
I found the gym lacks air conditioning and water. I had to REQUEST it.

the hotel room was spacious and had attractive interior design (it. the balcony was large, and we enjoyed spending time there. i found the pool and surrounding areas to be nicely arranged and very inviting.
the gym lacked a spray bottle with water and paper towels for wiping down equipment after use. it was a minor inconvenience, but something i noticed.

The hotel is a short stroll from pine walk and across the road from an amazing beach. the position is convenient. It provides easy access to key local attractions. i found it very easy to get around from this spot.

breakfast and dinner were buffet style, with a good variety of options for all tastes. the hotel provides a spa, and guests can book massages (my husband really appreciated his). it was easy to find something i liked.

The reception team was always attentive, resolving all issues quickly and efficiently. the waitstaff was very helpful. They always provided fast and efficient service. i received a gluten-free cake, a very kind gesture.
