helpful staff tasty food
The staff was helpful and friendly. They spoke English well. I liked the big room. It had nice swimming pools. The food was tasty.

Good Hotel with Excellent Staff
tended grounds varied selection
I found the grounds immaculately tended. Pools are gorgeous and created a relaxing ambiance. Breakfast had a varied selection. Our room was a Trendy Grand Suite, it had a really good size.

underwhelming stay, lacked expected quality
dated room temperature issue
the breakfast had quite a few options available for everyone.
I was pretty disappointed with the room. It seemed quite dated and there were marks all over the floor. the shower's temperature kept switching between hot and cold. I really did not expect that from a so-called five-star hotel. also, i asked for more drinking water around 9:45 pm, but the reception told me the kitchen was closed.. it seems a simple task to fulfill..

Excellent Resort Experience
free shuttle pancake station
I appreciated the free shuttle into the busy centre. The shuttle made exploring the area easy. The hotel rooms were spacious and perfect for families. I also found the breakfast fabulous. The pancake station was a definite highlight (especially the blueberry ones!).

a reasonable stay
hotel location easy access overwhelmed staff adequate buffet
the hotel location allowed easy access to the night market. i used the bikes to get around, it was easy to get to the beach. the pool offered a refreshing space to chill.
the hotel staff seemed overwhelmed at times. they struggled to handle all customer needs, this was sometimes frustrating. the breakfast buffet, while adequate, did not particularly impress me.

silk village beautiful grounds shower temperature dated room
The silk village tour was beautiful. I saw how they make silk cloth! it was fantastic! the shuttle into town was really useful and the grounds had such beauty.
The shower's temperature changed constantly, between hot and cold. the room was dated, it had marks all over the floor. The service wasn't what i expected.
