helpful staff huge selection convenient service

i found the staff helpful and accommodating. the breakfast buffet provided a huge selection of options. i also appreciated the convenient money exchange service available at the hotel.

i did notice that the gym seemed to lack air conditioning , , made workouts a bit uncomfortable.

Surprised by the QUALITY bedding

fabulous rooms amazing views

I had a warm greeting UPON arrival. The staff were all fantastic, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. The hotel also gave me numerous complimentary items . The staff provided fabulous rooms with AMAZING views.

The gym was hot, even when I turned on the aircon. It was uncomfortable. The kitchen is in the room, but they do not provide any utensils other than coffee cups and spoons. Plates and cutlery would be nice though.

early closing desolate feeling

The pool bar closed quite early. I wanted a late afternoon drink but I was out of luck! Also the shops in the hotel were all closed. There was no place to buy forgotten toiletries or souvenirs. It gave the place a desolate feeling.
