poor soundproofing street noise

the staff did give good local recommendations, i must admit. they seemed well informed about things to do.

the soundproofing wasnt great. i could hear street noise late into the night and early in the morning. it made getting a good night's sleep rather difficult, a significant detraction.

the wifi signal proved unreliable . it made it difficult to handle some work tasks. also, the hotel's location, while close to attractions, meant there was street noise late into the night. it impacted my sleep quality. the soundproofing was insufficient, and street noise was a persistent issue

The staff demonstrated excellent service. I got an upgrade to connecting rooms without charge. This was helpful since I traveled with my family of five. The hotel provided free bicycles. These made exploring the area easy. The location is practical.

I cannot rave enough about the attentiveness of the staff here. They really go all out making sure my experience was great. Daisy gave us fantastic tips about the town when we first arrived. I love that they offer bicycles for free. Exploring the area was so easy!

The television has no entertainment apps. There are not enough options.
