i am grateful for the wonderful time i had. the breakfast offered many fresh choices. the location made it easy to explore different parts of the city. luna was especially helpful providing local tips and information during my entire stay.

the hotel's shuttle service to the old town was limited. it was difficult to find the shuttle back given traffic congestion. i ended up using my own transport on a return trip

the hotel was immaculate. the location is great and the staff are super friendly. cathy, the front desk manager, went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable! i had a great time!

the wi-fi was a little slow at times! that was my only minor issue.

The pools felt a bit cramped. Towels looked old. I saw some stained ones. The staff seemed distracted, sometimes just on their phones. I could smell cigar smoke through the bathroom vents!

The location was a bit of a drawback. I thought it was too far from the main attractions. Plus, the shuttle service had limited hours (and finding it in the old town was like searching for a needle in a haystack). I had to resort to using ride-hailing services at my own expense.

The service was excellent. Lily was particularly helpful, always happy to assist with our needs. The hotel's design is beautiful, with clean and well kept rooms. The breakfast offered many choices, with great variety each morning (I think the pho was great!). I also used the gym and found three treadmills available.

I found the rooftop pool a little small.
