The hotel provides a really good location. It's close to many attractions. the rooms are large and comfortable. the staff was also very friendly. the breakfast offered a wide selection of items, made mornings enjoyable.
I found the lack of coffee or tea making facilities in the room a bit inconvenient. I prefer to have a hot drink available first thing in the morning.

the location is near gran via, about fifteen minutes walking distance, and a metro station is a short three-minute walk. multiple restaurants and coffee shops are readily available in the immediate vicinity.

The location was superb. It's near two metro stations. The staff were excellent and ready to help. I spoke with Johansson at reception and Alvaro at the bar and they were nice. They had passion for what they do.
Air conditioning was too warm. The controls did not work well, so it was hard to sleep.
