The hotel provides a really good location. It's close to many attractions. the rooms are large and comfortable. the staff was also very friendly. the breakfast offered a wide selection of items, made mornings enjoyable.
I found the lack of coffee or tea making facilities in the room a bit inconvenient. I prefer to have a hot drink available first thing in the morning.

the location is near gran via, about fifteen minutes walking distance, and a metro station is a short three-minute walk. multiple restaurants and coffee shops are readily available in the immediate vicinity.

excellent location passionate staff
The location was superb. It's near two metro stations. The staff were excellent and ready to help. I spoke with Johansson at reception and Alvaro at the bar and they were nice. They had passion for what they do.
Air conditioning was too warm. The controls did not work well, so it was hard to sleep.

the staff was excellent. the room had great air conditioning. there were many restaurants close by. the cleaning staff were very helpful, understanding my needs. i found the location was great, with many attractions nearby.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it had a great selection. the location is also very convenient with restaurants nearby. the hotel is close to the main street. the palace is within walking distance. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
the room had a very dark view from an interior room.

The location was perfect for seeing the sites. the staff was helpful and kind! i found the room to be large and comfortable. i am very grateful for the air conditioning. It worked wonderfully.
The windows do not open. I stayed for several nights, and fresh air would have been nice.
