everything was just lovely, every detail just flowed. the staff gave a warmth i did not expect. i was given a bottle of water for my drive, a sweet gesture. electric car charges are available too, what a nice touch.
the parking felt a bit expensive, but i understand it match city prices.

the room was spacious and well appointed, designed thoughtfully. the bed provided a comfort, and super tidy. every little detail makes the space so romantic, perfect for a couple.

the staff was professional and courteous to me. i loved the 24hour room service. it helped me to enjoy every moment, knowing assistance was available anytime. i also loved the atmosphere.

I liked the location. It was perfect and right near public transport. the gym has enough equipment to keep me fit. the spa is a real treat, what can be better after a busy day in the city?

i thought the hotel was clean and tidy! it was also well positioned so we could easily explore. i especially liked that the sky bar and restaurant were a real highlight.
I think breakfast lacked variety. There were not many options. i noticed french toast were delicious, but scrambled eggs were watery. That was disappointing.

the room design was carefully considered and user-focused i found it spacious and well appointed the bed was supremely comfortable and clean. i was also pleased that the hotel offered electric car charges i appreciated this eco-friendly amenity.
The breakfast buffet lacked variety. The scrambled eggs were too watery. this was a minor disappointment considering the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

the room featured free water and thoughtful touches i also found the design aesthetic luxurious the corridors enhanced the overall ambiance adding to the hotel's appeal the rooms were very clean.

the rooftop area provided a great experience i appreciated the pool especially on warm days i also noted that parking was available though not very cheap the location at the end of gran via offers excellent transport links.

i found i could order a la carte in addition to the breakfast buffet the staff demonstrated great friendliness and attentiveness i noticed they offered a farewell gesture of water for our drive demonstrating their care.

Check-in was efficient and the staff were helpful. The location is ideal with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean. It was also serviced daily. The price point was reasonable, especially considering its central location.

The team delivered prompt assistance, for example when I had a query about local transportation options. I found them consistently helpful.

My room included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area with a sofa. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided complimentary toiletries. I observed that the soundproofing worked well, and I did not hear noise from other rooms. A mini-fridge was also useful.
