The hotel is near the central railway station. the location is convenient for accessing public transport. the staff provided complimentary water each morning. i appreciated the provided umbrella when it rained. It was a nice touch. the customer service exceeded my expectations. the hotel provided a room upgrade. the room included robes and slippers. i was happy with the thoughtful surprise of complimentary breakfast one day. the room was spacious and clean. the walk-in shower was lovely. the bed was huge. I slept well. i had a view of the train station from my room. the hot chocolate served in the lobby was amazing. I enjoyed it every day. breakfast had a great selection. the breakfast food was nice. the hotel.

The hotel room was on the basement floor. I could hear noise from a nearby bar.

the staff displayed notable politeness and efficiency i found their training excellent the concierge offered valuable insights into restaurant selections the breakfast selection was extensive showcasing really good quality the waiting staff accommodated every request without hesitation small touches like sweets and strategically placed water stations enhanced the reception areas. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well maintained.

i experienced some street noise during the night due to window insulation facing the canal.
