excellent spa awesome location smiling staff
The location is awesome, it allowed me to walk everywhere. The spa was superb, I enjoyed the facilities. The staff showed many smiles to me.

friendly staff comfortable bed relaxing spa
the staff was friendly. the room had the biggest, most comfortable bed. i especially enjoyed the spa.. it was a real treat. they even provided a bottle of prosecco to celebrate my anniversary.

broken air conditioning lack of action
the location was satisfactory. the staff were friendly.
i expected a higher standard. the air conditioning did not work in my room. the temperature remained at 23 degrees despite complaints and no action was taken.
