The staff was friendly enough.
My room, the Waterfront Superior Shower & Balcony, had issues. The cooling system struggled during the summer heat. The sewer also had a noticeable odor.

I booked the waterfront superior bath shower & balcony room and it had amazing waterfront views. the bath was huge. It was very relaxing after long days. the balcony had comfortable seating.
the rooftop bar was a bit too crowded one evening, making it hard to get a drink

the room was clean. a waterfront superior shower room offered a nice view. breakfast provided many options and was good. i could also rent high quality bikes at the hotel for seventeen euros.
the cooling system does not work well during summer. it was hot in the room, hard to nap. i also could smell the sewage.

the hotel location is near public transportation. a bus stop is directly outside the hotel. tram service is within a five minute walk. it made getting around the area fairly easy.
