It made getting onto the slopes super easy! the on-site ski hire with skiset was a big plus. The staff there were really helpful, especially for a family like ours. the breakfast buffet had so many options too, it was excellent!

the only thing i wish was better were the towel hooks in the room! we were a family of four, so we always needed more places to hang our wet towels after skiing.

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe sore muscles, though it could get a bit busy at times. there is also a fun climbing wall at reception. It kept the kids entertained while we waited.

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, with hearty options. i loved the local french juices. the restaurant had lovely options for dinner. There were special starters each evening i enjoyed a lot, like the oysters and champagne for new year's eve!

Our family suite balcony had ample space for all four of us, though the bunk beds were single and i was worried about my older teenagers. there was lots of storage for clothes and luggage. This made it easy to keep the room organized.

The staff were helpful and very friendly, and they all spoke english which was great for us. i was impressed with christophe at the front of house. He made sure everyone was happy during mealtimes, it was reassuring.
