a satisfactory experience
the room had ample space. i appreciated lots of storage for clothes and luggage. the breakfast buffet was excellent and had much choice. i also liked that the hotel had close access to the piste and gondola.
the hotel website shares incorrect information.

the location was very good for using la folie douce, which closed at 7pm each evening.
the breakfast was disorganised food ran out most days, and it took at least 20 mins to replace it. there was no food available during the day and no room service. i had to stay in the hotel for the day with my one year old during a snow storm. i found some stale leftover breakfast for lunch, quite appalling, to be honest

i had a great new year stay. the hotel has good access to the piste. friendly staff members. i was particularly impressed with christophe for his attentiveness during mealtimes.
i found that the pool felt cold. it made it unpleasant to get into.

amazing family ski trip!
convenient location on-site ski hire breakfast buffet
I loved how conveniently located the hotel was near the ski lift. It made getting onto the slopes super easy! the on-site ski hire with skiset was a big plus. The staff there were really helpful, especially for a family like ours. the breakfast buffet had so many options too, it was excellent!
the only thing i wish was better were the towel hooks in the room! we were a family of four, so we always needed more places to hang our wet towels after skiing.

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe sore muscles, though it could get a bit busy at times. there is also a fun climbing wall at reception. It kept the kids entertained while we waited.

The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, with hearty options. i loved the local french juices. the restaurant had lovely options for dinner. There were special starters each evening i enjoyed a lot, like the oysters and champagne for new year's eve!

Our family suite balcony had ample space for all four of us, though the bunk beds were single and i was worried about my older teenagers. there was lots of storage for clothes and luggage. This made it easy to keep the room organized.
