I found the staff friendly and helpful (they always had a smile!). We received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with a terrace overlooking the courtyard. The spa facilities impressed me, especially the spacious hammam, a major factor in my choice of accommodations. The convenient parking nearby (Saint Nicolas) also enhanced my stay.

This limited the availability, especially during peak hours.
