Great Spot
easy access comfortable bed
The hotel is very close to the arrival drop off point. It's ski in and ski out, so access is very easy. I also found it close to restaurants, shops, ski hire outlets and the lift pass office. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt great after a long day skiing.
Breakfast had a disorganised arrangement. I thought the hot food was cold. I also felt the welcome desk wasn't very professional or particularly warm.

Staff helped arrange a trip around the village on a horse-drawn sleigh, and my daughter loved it. The reception team was always helpful. They answered every question. The bar and restaurant staff was lovely too.

The hotel had an amazing location, not far from the free parking at the edge of town. The hotel's position allows quick access after arrival. I found this convenient with ski facilities nearby.
