spacious apartment ski access polite staff poor heating system worn furniture uncomfortable beds
The apartment was spacious. Its location provided ski in and ski out access which was very convenient. Staff at the reception desk were courteous and helpful.
The heating system did not function well and it was often too cold. Some kitchen furniture was worn with cupboard doors loose. The beds were foam and not very comfortable.

underwhelming stay
cramped apartment lacking service
the location was acceptable for accessing the slopes.
The apartment felt cramped. I had expected more space. the customer service was lacking. They didn't seem interested in resolving issues. my ski passes and equipment hire were incorrectly booked, costing me extra money. i feel that this hotel prioritizes upcharging over guest satisfaction. It was a pretty frustrating experience.

Excellent Ski Getaway
ski access bus transportation pleasant views ski locker
The location provided great access to the slopes. It was perfect for skiing in and out. I appreciated the complimentary bus transportation to the bus station on my departure. Our apartment included pleasant views. The ski locker room allowed easy storage.
The apartment was slightly smaller than the photos suggested. This was a minor issue.

The territory includes a bakery with delicious options. Shops and restaurants nearby made dining convenient. I found the bakery to be most tasty!

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchenette. It included a dishwasher. A ski locker was also available for storing equipment. The building design was unique and attractive.

Reception staff were helpful. They provided information. The morning bakery drop was very convenient. I found all of them reactive and friendly.
