i stayed for three nights and the hotel felt fantastic. the spa was excellent and the staff was really friendly, they provided much help. breakfast was lovely and the location of the hotel is great. i will come back for sure.
the room i had felt awful. it was small and cramped, and the bed was not comfortable. noisy neighbours caused a disruption too.

the hotel is very close to the centre and that makes it a great location. many places are within walking distance and that is a huge plus for me. public transport is also easily accessible.

the staff was very cute, they were always ready to help. i also appreciated the quick responses to requests, it made a difference. the staff clearly cares about providing tailored care to each guest.

the room have good decoration, that i will say. the rooms were clean and the beds felt comfortable for sleep. i liked the amenities provided and its good if you go for a bigger one.
