smiling staff helpful staff clean rooms well kept rooms

the staff at reception were always smiling. they were happy to assist with any questions i had. i felt very welcomed and taken care of. the lifts and rooms were very clean and well kept, it was a great experience.

the walls of the rooms are thin, i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

poor soundproofing missing amenities

The location is convenient. It is near Porta Venezia metro station on the Red line and a 15-minute walk from Central station.

The noise insulation was inadequate (and I usually sleep like a log). I was frequently awakened by people talking loudly in the corridor and the slamming of doors at night. tissues and toilet rolls were not regularly replaced. I had to request them at the reception. This seemed a bit much for a hotel of this caliber.

the staff accommodated my early arrival and offered beverages while i waited. i received a welcome gift as i celebrated a special time with my daughter. the room included slippers and a bathrobe. the hotel also helped with restaurant reservations.

The breakfast lacked variety after a couple of days. I wished there were more options.
