The room was very clean (a big plus for me). The staff was accommodating. The hotel provided different services.
The room had no ventilation, so I had to keep my windows open. This let all the street noise and smells come in. Breakfast was a big disappointment, especially for a hotel of this level.

smiling staff helpful staff clean rooms well kept rooms
the staff at reception were always smiling. they were happy to assist with any questions i had. i felt very welcomed and taken care of. the lifts and rooms were very clean and well kept, it was a great experience.
the walls of the rooms are thin, i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the fitness room was nicely equipped, it allowed for a good workout. the lobby area was enjoyable, it offered a relaxing space to sit and unwind. the breakfast area was also superb.

poor soundproofing missing amenities
The location is convenient. It is near Porta Venezia metro station on the Red line and a 15-minute walk from Central station.
The noise insulation was inadequate (and I usually sleep like a log). I was frequently awakened by people talking loudly in the corridor and the slamming of doors at night. tissues and toilet rolls were not regularly replaced. I had to request them at the reception. This seemed a bit much for a hotel of this caliber.

early arrival welcome gift restaurant reservation helpful staff
the staff accommodated my early arrival and offered beverages while i waited. i received a welcome gift as i celebrated a special time with my daughter. the room included slippers and a bathrobe. the hotel also helped with restaurant reservations.
The breakfast lacked variety after a couple of days. I wished there were more options.
