i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle to the city center, quite useful. my room included a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. i particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden area near the river.

i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures, which could use some minor updates.
