really good cleanliness friendly staff bathroom television great value
the cleanliness impressed me. the staff was sweet and helpful. our room included a television inside the bathroom mirror, a lovely surprise. the room felt really worth it.
i did felt the pool was a touch too cold. we mentioned it, but it remained so.

fantastic stay with great amenities

comfortable bed spacious bathroom delicious cocktails
i found the beds comfortable, promoting restful sleep. the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. i especially enjoyed the delicious cocktails at the bar. the hotel's location was ideal, very central to everything.
the breakfast options remained the same each day. the range of english hot breakfast items felt limited. i wish the bar stayed open later.

dusty furniture repetitive buffet
The room needed a bit more attention to detail. I noticed dust on the furniture. It was disappointing. the breakfast buffet was repetitive each day, I desired more variety. The staff seemed a bit stretched, the service was somewhat slow at times, ESPECIALLY during peak hours.
