Mixed Experience. Issues Need Addressing
pool closurefaulty shower
The reception staff offered no real solutions. the shower barely worked. Water trickled out, affecting basic hygiene. I do not find this acceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.

Modern Tech and Disney Magic!

I found the hotel very modern. The 2 bedroom suite felt just like home. I will definitely recommend this suite. The shuttle service to Disneyland was a HUGE plus. The robotic massage was AMAZING!!!
The family changing area was unavailable near the pool. This was not great.

The restaurant presented some nice dinner options. The breakfast was top notch. I enjoyed it very much. I was lucky to see there were choices even for a picky client at breakfast.

The location was excellent. It was very near to Disneyland. This proximity made it easy for us to enjoy the attractions. The hotel also provides a free ride to Disneyland. This is a good perk.

The pool area was really nice and warm. The spa area was also lovely. The hotel boasts an unbeatable level of freshness to the environment. An arcade is available for entertainment.

The room keys used QR codes, and they were REALLY temperamental. It seemed like everyone had problems getting into their rooms. I also found cobwebs on the ceiling, and the concrete walls. I expected better for the price I paid, I tell you.

the hotel food prices seemed higher than those inside disneyland.

Acceptable Stay Near Disneyland

The breakfast was good (I especially enjoyed the variety of pastries). The hotel also provided a frequent shuttle service to and from Disneyland. It made getting to the parks very easy.
My room was not ready at the stated check-in time. I waited in the lobby for about an hour until it was available. There was no family changing area at the pool. This made it difficult for my family to change comfortably.
