early access service staff hotel restaurant decent prices
The staff helped me early check in by three hours which i appreciate. service personnel were very supportive with smartphone activation. we had dinner at the restaurant because it rained. Prices are decent. morning breakfast was nice.
i had to walk outdoor from reception to access my room. it was a little inconvinient.

this city center hotel offered easy access to many attractions. it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. i also appreciated the proximity to the train station for day trips.
the gym was quite small and had limited equipment.

broken treadmill costly breakfast
i am frustrated that the gym was pretty small. there were only two treadmills, and one of them wasn't working. i also felt the breakfast was way too expensive for what it offered, costing twenty-five euros. there were cafes close that had cheaper options.

loud music faulty shower head
the room lacked proper soundproofing. we heard loud music until late. the mini-bar was empty. this was disappointing. the bathroom had a faulty shower head. it sprayed water everywhere, a very inconvenient design.
