the location near the gare du nord was a definite plus for me. i found it convenient for accessing public transportation. the free coffee available all day was also a nice touch.
i noticed a slight delay once when i requested extra towels.

I loved the friendly staff. They were always ready to help plus the room and hotel facilities were awesome also the location was ideal as it was a walkable distance to many sights i needed to visit. it made exploring so easy. i got access to free tea and coffee at any time which was an excellent perk. this saved me money and provided a comforting touch.

the hotel is near many nice streets it has a perfect spot for ordering an uber right in front it's super convenient to travel quickly i found a nice bakery only two minutes away so that was a plus.

the front desk staff were excellent upon my arrival their warm welcome and helpful assistance set a positive tone for my visit they offered tips about local spots and answered every question i had. i really appreciated their efforts.

the hotel provided free coffee and hot chocolate downstairs which i definitely enjoyed the availability of beverages was super convenient especially in the mornings the beverage machine was easy to access too. it added a nice touch to my stay.
