The staff arranged a champagne tour for me. It was helpful.
i found the towels to be ragged and fraying. the bedside table was also broken. these issues detracted from the overall quality (especially considering the price).

The location was great. i watched a light show from my balcony. It was beautiful. the valet service worked very well.
the receptionist gave me the wrong room upon arrival. she insisted breakfast was not included. i eventually got a cathedral view and breakfast included.
