I appreciate the secure parking. It made arrival and departure very smooth. The friendly staff offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants. I also enjoyed the well-equipped room with comfortable features. I felt very welcomed.

I found the bar somewhat quiet during my early evening visit. It could have been busier later. This was a minor point.

Really good Stay Centrally Located

Before my arrival, the reception emailed advice regarding the stay and valet parking arrangements. I parked easily in the courtyard and a concierge greeted me and confirmed the room would be ready at 3pm. Staff offered recommendations for lunch. All room amenities were of a high standard and all staff were helpful. The concierge loaded my luggage into the car on departure.

The carpet in my room had a stain. There was a drainage smell in the bathroom.

the room was large and nicely decorated. the wellness area does have a dry and wet sauna. it also has a tropical rain shower and a lovely swimming pool.

the tv did not work. there was no way to stream netflix. staff made excuses about it. i couldn't get into the small spa when I needed it.
