amazing stay!
warm msemen clean pool short taxi ride spa services
The staff helped with luggage and questions. breakfast had a lot of choices like warm msemen and omelets. i really appreciate the fast and kind support. the pool was clean, i found it perfect. the hotel offered easy access to major attractions with a short taxi ride. It was so convenient. i also loved the spa services!

an oasis of romance!
helpful staff romantic atmosphere
I found the staff helpful. They stored our bike boxes for us with no fuss. the food was AMAZING!!! the hotel's atmosphere felt romantic and intimate, a true escape from the everyday. it was the perfect place for a tender getaway, offering moments of connection and tranquility.
I noticed the shower head could use an update. It slightly detracted from an otherwise amazing bathroom. it was a minor inconvenience, but fixing this detail would elevate the experience even further.

attentive staff hotel cleanliness excellent wifi
The service felt really good. The staff was very attentive and always ready to help. the hotel cleanliness impressed me greatly. i especially enjoyed the excellent wifi connection, it allowed me to stay connected very easily.

the hotel is near enough to the airport and the city center, yet it sits in a quiet spot. this offers a peaceful escape away from the medina bustle, a balance , made my exploration quite easy.

amazing service excellent massage low water pressure fluctuating temperature
the breakfast had fresh and abundant options. soukaina made fresh amsaman, moroccan pancakes. hamza, along with everyone else, offered amazing service. the spa treatment was excellent , such a nice massage.
the room did not have a kettle for tea or coffee. our request for an iron went unfulfilled. water pressure was low , and it made using the facilities difficult. the shower temperature fluctuated constantly , not offering much comfort.

the location was acceptable. it offered quick access to nearby shops.
The room needed some paint. also. the evening staff was not very helpful. They seemed uninterested in assisting with requests. i found this quite frustrating after a long day.
