i found the receptionist and staff friendly. the hotel was clean and stylish. the room was roomy, and the service was excellent. the food was delicious and a great value, and the service was attentive.

the room did not seem to have good soundproofing i could hear a lot of external noises. this was quite disturbing and made it difficult to rest adequately.

the pool area is fine with all rooms arranged around it, giving a spanish villa feel. the hotel appears brand new and well-kept. the location is away from the medina's bustle, a quick cab ride to historic sites.

the room had very large and comfortable beds. the room itself was well equipped. i found the room to be super spacious which was an unexpected bonus. i really liked these features.

every department offered great service . staff members like fatima in housekeeping were really good. soufa and khalil at the front desk efficiently assisted me with special requirements. i felt cared for.

the breakfast had fresh and abundant options. soukaina made fresh amsaman, moroccan pancakes. hamza, along with everyone else, offered amazing service. the spa treatment was excellent , such a nice massage.

the room did not have a kettle for tea or coffee. our request for an iron went unfulfilled. water pressure was low , and it made using the facilities difficult. the shower temperature fluctuated constantly , not offering much comfort.
