I found the staff helpful. They stored our bike boxes for us with no fuss. the food was AMAZING!!! the hotel's atmosphere felt romantic and intimate, a true escape from the everyday. it was the perfect place for a tender getaway, offering moments of connection and tranquility.

I noticed the shower head could use an update. It slightly detracted from an otherwise amazing bathroom. it was a minor inconvenience, but fixing this detail would elevate the experience even further.

i found the receptionist and staff friendly. the hotel was clean and stylish. the room was roomy, and the service was excellent. the food was delicious and a great value, and the service was attentive.

the room did not seem to have good soundproofing i could hear a lot of external noises. this was quite disturbing and made it difficult to rest adequately.

the breakfast had fresh and abundant options. soukaina made fresh amsaman, moroccan pancakes. hamza, along with everyone else, offered amazing service. the spa treatment was excellent , such a nice massage.

the room did not have a kettle for tea or coffee. our request for an iron went unfulfilled. water pressure was low , and it made using the facilities difficult. the shower temperature fluctuated constantly , not offering much comfort.
