the staff were friendly. the location was great for touring the champagne region and visiting vineyards. the hotel ensured my big birthday was marked in many ways. i loved the spa experience.
The restaurant was fully booked. It was offhand when i asked about places to eat. the menu options in the bar were very limited. There was only cold meat, cold fish, or hummus available.

i adored the helpful staff who welcomed us warmly! our champagne dinner was good, a true culinary experience. the hotel suite was cozy and beautifully appointed with lots of small luxe touches. i especially loved the garden, a serene space where we could relax and play games with our child.
the tv had limited english channels, but i did not watch it very often.

I stayed at the hotel multiple times! the staff is amazing. So attentive making us feel so welcome. the room decor and main areas are beautiful with lovely furnishings. their spa massage was also really good, it.
