Excellent Ski Holiday

extensive selection prompt service complimentary chocolate
the breakfast selection was extensive. the service was consistently prompt and helpful. i especially liked the hot chocolate and fresh croissants (a great start to the ski day). the hotel provided complimentary hot chocolate at the ski locker room door, a nice touch after a day on the slopes.
The room cleaning was somewhat inconsistent. It required occasional follow-up to ensure everything was properly addressed.

a mixed experience

small room complicated lighting
the location was indeed convenient, providing easy access to the slopes.
i found the room quite small, especially considering the price. the lighting system was overly complicated (i struggled to find the right switch). also, the towels weren't changed during my 4-night stay, which i didn't expect.
