The hotel offers ski-in ski-out access right onto a green slope, this location is very convenient. the buffet dinner provided many options each evening and i appreciated the variety. i enjoyed the hot tub and spa after skiing, that was very relaxing. the prestige room was super clean, warm, and comfortable. This added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
i found the signage to get to the hotel a bit poor, the street name was incorrect on the digital map.

The prestige family room features enough storage space for ski equipment. it also includes a nice balcony. The views from up there were quite beautiful. overall the room was clean and well maintained. with ample room for everyone to relax after a long day.

I cannot commend the staff enough. They were great to all our needs. the hotel's location is unbeatable with ski-in and ski-out access , made hitting the slopes convenient. the outdoor hot tub provided a perfect end to each day after skiing (it was a highlight). i enjoyed the great food and drink selections available throughout my stay.
the decor felt a little old. i found that the carpet looked cheap.

the location was amazing , as it allowed direct access to the ski slope. the staff showed kindness , warmth, and professionalism. i liked the spawith a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a hammam, and a sauna.
the hotel room lacked glasses. the room was also on the smaller side. i also noticed that the ski boots locker room was shared with other rooms , which didn't feel very secure.

the initial room was awful it was on the ground floor near the toilets loud music from the bar and toilets made it worse the toilet was separate and a giant tree blocked the view also the food was disgusting none of it tasted fresh and it sat there for hours i found most guests agreed on this
