I found the location really good because it was right on the main ski area, allowing effortless ski-in and ski-out access. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room twice daily. i particularly enjoyed the warm swimming pool and the spa that overlooked the pistes. i appreciated the late check-out, which allowed me to ski in the morning before departing.
the reception toilets cleanliness was inconsistent, and i noticed overflowing litter bins without hand towels one morning.

the location was central near shops and restaurants it was easy to ski in and out. the room felt bigger than i had expected the bedding was quite nice. the helpful reception staff were very kind and cute.

i found the staff helpful . the hotel's location is excellent, offering true ski-in and ski-out access. i also appreciated the convenience of renting skis and buying ski passes at the shop inside the hotel.
i noticed that the reception toilets weren't as clean as i would have liked. also, the litter bins were overflowing in the morning with no hand towels available. this impacted my overall impression of cleanliness.

The location is perfect. it sits right in the heart of the ski area, a bonus for ski school drop-offs and easy lift access. i found a ski shop located in the lobby. It carries great brands. i could purchase lift passes there.

non-functional key cardsreception unavailability
The key cards to my room stopped working on several occasions. That was a real hassle when trying to get back in. I requested more shower gel from reception, but this never arrived. Staffing seemed short in the bar area, causing waits for orders. It made evenings less relaxing than I hoped.
