the hotel room was spacious! i was very happy with the cleanliness and the tastefully decorated spaces. the bathroom had two sinks and a separate toilet!
The hotel didn't offer free parking. It was quite an inconvenience. the breakfast choices felt minimal, especially the fresh options

decent sizeno air-contv issue
the rooms were a decent size for a family, a plus when you spend several days.
I found it hard to regulate the temperature in the room. there was no air-con or radiators. I dont know how they heat it, but we were freezing all week. also, i was hoping to cast netflix to the tv in the evening but this isnt possible because the tvs arent connected to the network.

the room was a good size , and the beds were comfortable. the ski in and ski out access was also really nice , allowing easy access to the slopes.
the room was not cleaned properly , i had to ask a couple of times for it to be redone. the ski in and out was muddy and not what i expected.

i found the ski room very convenient. intersport's modern locker system includes heated boot dryers right next to the piste, easily accessible through the hotel. the pool, hammam, and sauna were also clean and inviting! i especially liked that my room was cleaned every day by very kind cleaning staff.
the bar in the lobby area wasn't always open, and the fridges in the rooms were not there, inconvenient!

the hotel offers ski-in and ski-out access directly onto a blue slope, providing immediate access to the slopes. the hotel links to intersport via a covered terrace making equipment rentals very simple. lockers are in the same building as the slope.

the staff in the restaurant proved very efficient and professional throughout my stay. i found the front desk staff friendly and accommodating to all my needs. the cleaning staff ensured my room had daily service and they were all very kind.

I was very satisfied with the half board option. Dinner included an appetiser, a main dish, and a dessert. the breakfast was plentiful. The staff was helpful. And everything tasted fresh. i would choose the half-board option again!
