excellent ski access and amenities
ski shop slope access comfortable stay
The ski shop on the premises made renting equipment simple. i appreciated access to slopes and the ariondaz gondola directly behind the hotel. the hotel staff offered excellent service. They ensured my stay was comfortable. the area is especially suitable for beginner and intermediate skiers.
i found only three rooms contained showers. this limited availability impacted my preference.

The hotel includes a ski bar that offered a super cozy environment after skiing. a ski room proved practical. It allowed for easy storage and access to equipment. i noted unlimited access to a sauna and hammam.

adequate stay with drawbacks
the location suited my needs well.
customer service was subpar. i booked in advance and mentioned it was my honeymoon, requesting early check-in and late check-out. the staff didn't care and charged €100 for a 1 pm check-out, which i found unacceptable.
