fantastic stay with great service!
quick check-in attentive service nice cocktail party organized event
the check-in was quick. the reception staff helped with everything. we had a nice sunset cocktail party. the f&b manager, ashish, and jagdish organized it perfectly. abhi provided attentive service and made sure our guests were happy.
The gym equipment could use a little updating. Some of the treadmills showed their age.

the staff provided attentive service throughout my stay. the hotel has three well kept pools including an adult-only option. i enjoyed the variety of dining options with three restaurants to choose from. freedom beach is conveniently close offering a nice excursion.
i found the drink prices to be a bit high.

Impressed with the Really good Amenities
flavorful dishes safe environment
i found the restaurants amazing , with excellent quality and flavorful dishes throughout the week. The kids' club provided a safe environment for children to enjoy activities. I also appreciated how well the hotel was maintained.
I observed new scratches on my suitcases upon arrival at the airport , after a private transfer booked through the hotel. The driver looked rushed and unloaded the luggage carelessly. The driver also sped excessively, despite my requests to slow down.

staff provided a warm welcome and attentive care , exceeding expectations. i also received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The architecture and overall ambience promoted relaxation .

fantastic hotel experience
welcome drink indian restaurant adults-only pool games room
the staff greeted me with kindness and served a butterfly pea welcome drink. the hotel has superb upmarket indian restaurant and a separate sizzle bar. the swimming pools are great there is one adults-only 25m pool for laps. the hotel provides a decent gym and a games room.

the hotel staff were polite always trying to give the best service. the front desk staff was always helpful smiling and aiming for guest enjoyment. i enjoyed the pleasant dining experience too.

broken coffee machine neglected balcony
the breakfast was fine, it was okay.
The room had some issues. The coffee machine did not work despite complaints and leaked water everywhere. housekeeping cleaned the rooms but neglected the balcony. instructions weren't clear, and there wasn't a real welcome during check-in (felt very impersonal).
