central location helpful staff sufficient breakfast high noise inthorough cleaning missing kettle
the hotel's location was very convenient. i found it very central and near many tourist spots. the staff was helpful and friendly (i especially liked how they helped with directions). the breakfast offered a sufficient start to the day.
The noise level at night was a bit high. music from nearby places went on until late (around 4 am). i found that the cleaning was not always thorough. there was no kettle in the room. I had to request one.

Solid stay near Istiklal Street
excellent location fresh pastries helpful staff
The location was excellent, very near Istiklal Street. Breakfast provided good variety, including fresh pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful with luggage storage after checkout. I found a nice coffee shop next door to the hotel, it served very good coffee.
The elevator was slow and small. Waiting during peak hours was inconvenient.

The breakfast included various options like cheese, olives, eggs, and tahini, though there was not much variation each day, I found the assortment of ingredients enough to start my morning well.

The reception was very helpful, especially with directions. They quickly addressed any questions and provided useful information. Communication was clear, the staff was efficient in their service. I appreciated it.

My Standard Double Room included fresh towels and restocked coffee. The room was cleaned daily. It was a spacious room, and I had a decent view. The shower worked well.

the hotel staff provided excellent service. yilmaz assisted me with local attractions and special requests. he was always eager to help. his professionalism. the hotel itself was clean and well kept. it was equipped with everything i needed.
