The gym, while existing, barely qualified as such. Wi-Fi access resembled dial-up speeds from the 90s, it was patchy at best. The shower was a joke. It sprayed water everywhere except where it should've. Clearly, someone forgot basic plumbing skills. Honestly, I expected better from a hotel.

the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout my visit spacious rooms. i also found the lobby bars on the ground floor and roof to be excellent cozy spots. the staff were very friendly.
the bathroom ventilation was minimal which was noticeable after showers.

the room included complimentary water bottles daily fresh towels were provided each day and the beds were neatly made. i appreciated the turn-down service available each evening this detail really enhanced the stay. the room was generally quiet with minimal outside noise disruption.

the front desk staff was consistently helpful answering questions and providing directions the concierge arranged transportation efficiently and accurately. the housekeeping staff was prompt and thorough ensuring my room was always tidy. i noticed that staff spoke multiple languages.

the hotel's location offered very convenient access to the metro station it was only a short walk. the proximity to public transportation simplified travel around the city i found the neighborhood around the hotel to be safe and cute. nearby there were several shops and restaurants.

the hotel features an indoor swimming pool it offers a refreshing break after a day of sightseeing. the gym contained modern equipment and provided space for various exercises i observed the hotel provided underground parking which was useful. the hotel offered complimentary tea upon arrival.
