The hotel staff was very friendly. Hazal was a great help with excellent assistance. The hotel provided wonderful dining options, and I found the rooms comfortable. The hotel felt carefully planned to create a magical experience. The room cleaning was superb. Sidika always left belongings easy to spot. She cleaned with diligence. I appreciated the cleaning quality.
Some theme park rides were closed .

i enjoyed the exquisite buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the theme park was super fun. the dolphin show was exciting (i especially loved the tricks!).
The hotel lacked a separate chill pool exclusively . the communication could be better. Finding information was not easily accessible. there was limited all-inclusive availability within the parks.

The staff was kind and helpful throughout the entire hotel. I found that the food variety was good, providing diverse options. The rooms were ALWAYS clean. The service was excellent. The whole family enjoyed all the activities.
The hotel is slightly removed from some facilities, requiring a short walk.
