helpful staff great location poor storage insufficient fridge
I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. they fixed the ac when i had trouble with it late one night. i'm grateful for that. the hotel's location is also great. It's right on a wonderful promenade near the beach.
The room lacked sufficient clothes storage. I had to ask for hangers. the fridge also didn't get cold enough, so that was annoying. i would not store any food there.

The hotel was near the sea and near many restaurants. it was super elderly-friendly. The toilet was perfect for my grandma!!! the staff were super friendly. The breakfast manager was so caring.
it seems the hotel has only one iron. i requested an iron upon arrival, but i didn't get it until the next evening. shortly after they gave it to me, they asked for it back!!!

The sea view suite accommodated my family. It was very spacious with separate bedrooms. A comfortable living room also contributed to the experience. The large balcony offered fine sea views each morning and evening.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Easy access to major attractions also contributed to the score. It remained peaceful too and relaxing.

Breakfast included cheeses. It included hard breads and some fruits. They made a fuss to pay more for cooked scrambled egg. I was angry.

loud music breakfast variety
The noise levels were REALLY disappointing (earplugs next time, for sure). Music from nearby bars was loud. Breakfast was REALLY basic. I hoped for more variety after a couple of days. IT NEVER changed.

The hotel has a prime location near the beach and main street. I found it easy to explore the area. The spacious room included a large balcony facing the sea. The pool area had cool water, refreshing in the heat.

The room was BIG, closely matching the photos provided. Air conditioning worked very well. All toiletries were provided. The rooms get daily cleaning.

easy access tasty variety phone issue rough towels
I found the location really amazing! i had easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. also, the breakfast had a tasty variety of food options. Every morning i discovered something new to try, like fresh pastries and local delicacies.
the phone in my room did not work, i couldn't contact reception for assistance. also, the towels in the bathroom felt a little rough, not as soft as i expected. this small detail affected my comfort levels!

excellent location sound proof room shaving kit
the location was excellent, very close to various restaurants and shops. the room, a standard double room, had a good sound proof quality. the staff supplied useful items, including a shaving kit and indoor slippers.
The curtains did not shut entirely. A big gap let light pass every morning.
