the location was acceptable, i guess. it's close to the esplanade.

The room, a supposed 'beautiful room land view', felt pretty basic, nothing screamed beautiful to me. the hallway lights were this weird red color, kinda like a cheap nightclub or something. plus, you can't bring outside food in, and that breakfast buffet? let's just say yesterday's leftovers seemed to have a starring role. I found some stale stuff, not exactly great.

The breakfast was good providing a variety of options each morning.

The room I booked needed some attention the shower drain was blocked and maintenance did a temporary fix this kept happening I had to request shampoo and conditioner every time I wanted to shower it was never readily available in the bathroom I think hotel needs to improve on these basic amenities ensuring they are always available and in good working order

The room felt pretty outdated. i expected more from the amenities. There weren't even basic things like a side table or usb ports. the rooms were clean, sure, but definitely in need of an update. i also didn't like that there were no chairs or tables provided!
