efficient check-injunior suitegreat feature

The check-in process was very efficient. i got my room quickly even though i arrived before the regular check-in time. This was very helpful as i was exhausted from my early morning flight. i also received an upgrade to a junior suite. the bathroom had a water hose. It was a great feature because it is not common in european hotels.

the breakfast was acceptable. it had a decent selection of pastries and fruit.

The soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear street noise late into the night! also, the minibar was not restocked daily as promised. it was quite inconvenient to have to call down each time i needed something.

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to the main attractions.

the room i booked, a collection room, felt much smaller than advertised, and the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep well, though the windows were supposed to be soundproofed, it wasn't the peaceful experience i had hoped for.
