great Experience all around
family room train station
the family room was just right for us, a group of four people. The hotel is near the bus station. The walk to the train station is really short. i would come back here next time.
i noticed a dirty sock above the fire alarm, that was unpleasant. The corridors had a faint smell of smoke. I found this not good.

the location is GREAT, close to everything. i parked my car at the hotel. the room had a SUPER view from its balcony, it was special.

Acceptable stay with a minor issue
The location was easily accessible and good for exploring the area.
I found most staff members to be unwelcoming. They did not smile or offer greetings. This lack of basic hospitality impacted my stay, even though some individuals were excellent.

romantic alpine getaway
perfect location fine view fresh pastry helpful staff
the location was perfect for exploring the area near mont blanc it was a dream the bus stop was steps away making travel easy the room had a balcony that gave us fine mountain views every morning. the breakfast buffet offered many choices including fresh pastries i remember enjoying. the staff were kind and helped us with directions and local tips i felt cared for .
the elevator made some noises at certain times so i requested a quieter room which the reception were happy to sort out.

the hotel is ideally situated near the main bus station making it very easy to access various attractions without a car and the aiguille du midi cable car is within a short walk.

our room included a large tv and an excellent coffee machine ensuring a pleasant experience and the space was very very comfy and tidy it added a special touch to our evenings.

the hotel features a ski room that keeps equipment organized and secure and this was very convenient after our days on the slopes plus they offer parking which is quite valuable.

the front desk staff are approachable and accommodating willing to assist with requests and our check-in process was seamless and the team always greeted us with a smile it created a lovely atmosphere.

easy access bus station staff misleading room description questionable mountain view
The location proved amazing.. it was directly across from the main bus station. This offered easy access to all sky areas. A very short walk led me to the main pedestrian area. Bars and restaurants are there. Staff proved helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport via shared rides. I could purchase my lift tickets from them. A QR code allowed printing at the lift base. Subsequent times they reloaded the pass. They stored my luggage and provided a ski and boot locker.
The room description seemed misleading. I booked a Family Room Mountain View but the mountain view was questionable. One could only see the mountain through the skylights. It required standing on tippy toes and craning your neck. The suite had two rooms, one with three twin beds and another with a queen. The room with the twin beds was too small to serve as a family room.
