the family room was just right for us, a group of four people. The hotel is near the bus station. The walk to the train station is really short. i would come back here next time.

i noticed a dirty sock above the fire alarm, that was unpleasant. The corridors had a faint smell of smoke. I found this not good.

The location was easily accessible and good for exploring the area.

I found most staff members to be unwelcoming. They did not smile or offer greetings. This lack of basic hospitality impacted my stay, even though some individuals were excellent.

the location was perfect for exploring the area near mont blanc it was a dream the bus stop was steps away making travel easy the room had a balcony that gave us fine mountain views every morning. the breakfast buffet offered many choices including fresh pastries i remember enjoying. the staff were kind and helped us with directions and local tips i felt cared for .

The location proved amazing.. it was directly across from the main bus station. This offered easy access to all sky areas. A very short walk led me to the main pedestrian area. Bars and restaurants are there. Staff proved helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport via shared rides. Subsequent times they reloaded the pass. They stored my luggage and provided a ski and boot locker.

The room description seemed misleading. I booked a Family Room Mountain View but the mountain view was questionable. One could only see the mountain through the skylights. It required standing on tippy toes and craning your neck. The suite had two rooms, one with three twin beds and another with a queen. The room with the twin beds was too small to serve as a family room.
