I found the breakfast provided a wide array of fresh fruit. It also had pastries and Thai dishes. The egg and waffle station was convenient. The free shuttle to and from nearby beaches was a useful service to me. Mr Bird provided friendly and helpful assistance. His English was very good.
The pool area needed some maintenance. I noticed a few broken sun loungers.

The Pool Access Suite was very spacious, and quiet. This made it easy to relax. Large, comfortable beds and very clean facilities were available daily. I found all rooms providing easy pool access, but avoid numbers 3101-3103 for more privacy.

I found my "Beautiful Double or Twin Room Pool Access" spacious. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each time. I appreciated that room service food was very good. The quality was consistent. Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, thai dishes and an egg station.
I noticed slight wear and tear, it suggested that a deep clean would be beneficial.

i stayed for five nights and the location was convenient. a ten-minute walk took me to the main street, there was also a beach shuttle four times daily. my swim-up room featured a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. staff marked my husband's birthday with small, thoughtful gestures throughout the day.
the hotel grounds was dated for a four-star accommodation.

breakfast included fruit, yogurt, cereal, and eggs cooked to order. there were also waffles with six thai dishes and a selection of pastries. a coffee machine and tea were available alongside juices each morning.

the room provided prime, netflix plus other apps on a smart tv and a minibar. a 7/11 store and a pharmacy were located a short walk to the left from the hotel. several restaurant choices, including curry highway and a thai hotel, sat five minutes to the right.

I found the villas well maintained. The private pool. The rooms felt very secure. I did not worry about unauthorized access. The spacious rooms were cleaned to perfection daily with fresh towels and water, and staff rang the doorbell before entering.
The sheets had stains when housekeeping changed them. The towels looked old and frayed. The grass area needed attention, with weeds growing everywhere (it detracted from the overall look).

The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the two-hourly bus service to the beach. The driver was always cheerful. The hotel's location is near shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It made accessing necessities simple, so I was very happy.
I found some insects in the room. I believe more attention to detail is needed to justify the resort's four-star rating. Perhaps more frequent pest control could solve the problem.

I loved the immediate access to the pool from my room it felt private. the staff was very attentive and always ready to assist. the hourly shuttle service to the beach was convenient. I never had to wait long.
the gym could use some updating there were a couple of machines out of order.

The breakfast buffet offered a lovely selection. I especially enjoyed the fresh omelets each morning i found the service attentive and accommodating making the start to each day gentle and satisfying.
