I got free beach towels and those were changed daily. A free shuttle went to Kata Beach and returned every hour I liked this service.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel taxi provided a quick, five minute drive to the ocean at Kata beach. I liked the restaurant food served until midnight (very practical!).

The staff were very attentive! The room was spacious and clean. The mini-bar had everything necessary. I found this convenient. The pool and the garden are beautiful, offering a relaxing environment.
I experienced a delayed resolution regarding items left behind. This caused some frustration .
