great choice beachfront restaurant
The pools were VERY clean with many sunbeds and shades. I appreciated that they did not allow reserving sunbeds before 09:30 unless actively used. This stopped people from hogging them. Breakfast had a GREAT choice of everything. The hotel food around the pool and beachfront restaurant was delicious!!!
The cupboard in my room was quite low. I had to kneel on the floor to reach the one under the TV.

outdated resort zero accommodation
i liked that the onsite beachside massages were GREAT, i should have booked another session.
the resort IS a little outdated. i had an accident and was in a wheelchair for the REST of the holiday, and the resort did NOTHING to accommodate me or ask how i was.

lush gardens decent pool swim-up pool tired furniture thin mattress faulty air conditioner
the location felt special right on the beach close to nearby shops and restaurants. i found the grounds beautiful with lush gardens trees and plants. two decent pools are available one for families and one heated with a swim up pool
the room furniture seemed a little tired. my double bed was two singles pushed together with a thin mattress. the air conditioner did not dehumidify making the room clammy

good stay near the beach
beach location big pools
i spend a few days in the hotel and i enjoy the location. it is right on the beach, so i could easily go for a swim. the pools were big, very peaceful. the staff very helpful and always smiling.
during my stay, i find that the hotel feels a little outdated. i think a refresh would make a big difference. i also had a problem with the safe it take a little to fix it.

damp floor cold air conditioning
the air conditioning was a bit of a problem. no matter what setting i used, it seemed to blast cold air. it made the floor damp.. almost like i was walking on a freshly mopped surface. also, the hand shower felt more like a weapon than a hygiene tool to my partner..
