beautiful grounds attentive customer service helpful checkout poor cleanliness tired condition refurbishment need
The grounds featured beautiful planting and a serene atmosphere. customer service was very attentive. Staff worked to meet requests. i was able to arrange a slightly late checkout. It helped me with onward travel.
the cleanliness was not satisfactory upon arrival. i requested they clean the toilet and wipe surfaces. although they changed the toilet seat, the windows remained dirty and dust collected under the bed. the hotel appears generally tired and in need of refurbishment.

wonderful bungalow stay

comfortable bed great service
i stayed in the bungalow accommodation. It was a good size with a comfortable bed. the staff were all very friendly. I especially thank bee, bam, and dear for their great service. i also want to thank head chef wang who was cute and brightened every day with his enthusiasm.
the room only had one spare socket.

the resort had resident monitor lizards (quite fascinating to see). the pool area offered enough loungers . the resort next door allowed access to their facilities including an adults-only pool.

the breakfast had plenty of variety (especially during my 5-night stay). it was yummy and offered a wide range of options. the head chef's enthusiasm added a special touch to the dining experience.

the staff were super friendly. they ensured the entire resort was very clean with continual tidying. the spa ladies were very professional and offered great service at the spa facilities.

dim lighting dry pastries
The gym equipment was quite outdated. the room lighting was dim. The bathroom especially lacked brightness. the breakfast pastries tasted dry, a real letdown (i love pastries!). it reminded me of they could have been fresher. these small issues detracted from the overall experience a little.

short menu sugary cocktails
The all inclusive menu was short. It was printed on a dirty. laminated sheet. Thai options were mainly chicken. Alcoholic drinks included only local beers, whiskeys, and sugary cocktails. Food quality disappointed. I would avoid the all inclusive option and instead eat at nearby restaurants.
