The hotel staff was helpful and kind. I found amazing facilities, including a great pool area with a restaurant and bar nearby. The beach was conveniently located just in front of the hotel.

The food quality did not quite match the price point of a five-star hotel. The room cleaning was inconsistent. One day, it was not done until late in the afternoon.
