decent stay with minor issues
sea view large room helpful receptionist patient staff friendly front desk food improvement limited choice food quality repetitive dishes cleaning quality
I stayed in a premium sea view room. the room was nice and large. mahmoud at the front desk was patient and supportive. He made things easier for us.
the food could be better. cleaning was fine. i had some trouble with the food quality and variety, it was sometimes repetitive.

rainfall shower separate sinks stationary bikes
the room included a rainfall shower. it also featured two separate sinks. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes (that was nice!).
the beach towels were sometimes difficult to find in the afternoon.

clean pools helpful travel agency slow receptionist limited english
the resort had multiple pools, and i found them to be clean and well-kept. az travel, located just outside the entrance, was also a great find (i booked several excursions).
the receptionist was quite slow during check-in and seemed to serve other guests in between. i found their english skills limited, and they provided little information on the hotel layout and amenities (i discovered most things through other staff).
