The room was really beautiful, especially the bathroom.
The reseption staff are unwelcoming. They kept calling me after 11 am on checkout day, asking when I was going to leave. It was very rude and annoying!

i found the front desk staff very polite and professional. mr ali, the front desk manager and his team were helpful and nice. everything i needed was ready. zabeeh in the lobby was always helping me whenever i arrived and left the hotel. the breakfast offered was nice too.

the location is convenient. it is close to the metro station and a mall. the staff was mostly kind and helpful, especially the security. i also appreciated the underground parking, free.
the room wasn't really clean. there was a lot of dust on the floor and couch. i even found some small insects on one of the pillows. i told housekeeping many times, but it wasn't useful.

I appreciated the hotel's location near the metro station. It made getting around easy! the staff were very helpful and kind, especially with directions. the room was spacious, a pleasant surprise. i also liked having a closed garage available. It gave me peace of mind for my rental car.
