amazing service high cleanliness overall enjoyment
The staff were very attentive and ensured my comfort. The rooms were spacious and maintained to a high level of cleanliness. This added to my overall enjoyment. I greatly appreciate the hotel.

the hotel staff was very kind. they helped arrange transport and provided clear directions. the rooms were also very clean and well maintained. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices each morning.
i found the location a bit isolated. taxi availability was limited, especially late at night. the gym could benefit from updated equipment (i wish there were heavier weights). soundproofing between rooms wasn't ideal, i could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

non-functional ac bad experience
the breakfast buffet was acceptable.
The ac stopped working one night. I called for assistance, but no one ever came. i was sweating all night. It was a terrible experience, especially considering the price.

Charmed by my Stay

big rooms super clean hotel free shuttle nice staff
The rooms are big, and the whole hotel is super clean. Housekeeping do a wonderful job. I love the free shuttle to JBR Beach and shopping malls. The staff are nice, always there to help when you need them.
Soundproofing between rooms could improve because I hear neighbors sometimes. This is minor and did not greatly affect my stay.

The breakfast buffet is superb with many options. The restaurant team is quick to help with any needs. I find this to be a great way to start your day.

This hotel is about 20 minutes from the marina. The hotel is located in a super calm place. The hotel's parking garage is convenient, especially in summer, to keep my car cool.
