fantastic stay with family
clean resorthelpful stafffriendly staffgood food
i found the resort very clean. omar was very helpful whenever i needed something. the staff were very friendly. there were a lot of pools for the kids. the food was good too. i enjoyed my stay. lifeguards were always available.
the wifi was slow. there was occasional connection, but it was hardly enough to load a web page.

The family room offered ample space and was kept impeccably clean daily. The beds were comfortable. fresh towels were provided each day. The room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles.

Staff members provided excellent service and they were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. the restaurants offered a diverse selection of food. The bartenders were quick and efficient in serving drinks, we loved the food.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to multiple pools and various activities. transportation to and from the airport was convenient. the proximity to local attractions enhanced the overall experience. There were shuttle services available.

i found the evening entertainment to be poor the children's disco was fine i did not enjoy the older entertainment it was like a talent show the michael jackson show was a let down

the hotel staff were very kind. our housekeeper was especially thoughtful. ahmed did a perfect job cleaning (he always ensured the room was super clean). reception was also helpful with our inquiries.
the food selection in the main restaurant was repetitive. i found the layout a bit confusing (finding spoons for coffee was surprisingly difficult). there seemed to be a lack of variety. we preferred dining at aqua viva where service was better.

The room was tidy. It had a comfortable bed. The hotel provided free pool towels. Mahmoud Fargalah was the best, according to my experience. He offered disabled access assistance. The staff was friendly.
