I found the staff very attentive. upon arrival, i received a refreshing drink and an informative overview of the local area. they offered recommendations for restaurants and sights. the daily breakfast provided perfect portions, and the food was AMAZING!!! a pillow menu was available in my room. The requested pillow arrived promptly. i really felt they were willing to do anything for me.

The bathroom lighting made applying makeup difficult. I had to use a magnifying mirror.

i found it impossible to wash my hands. the faucet was too small for the sink. the towels were a bit worn out too. the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great for makeup.

The hotel is centrally located, about a 10-minute walk to many areas. I appreciated that the check-in was effortless and completed on my behalf. I also received assistance from Pedro to understand the location and directions. My luggage was taken care of and delivered to my room.
