mixed feelings ABOUT the room
inconsistent temperature street noise
our stay had some ISSUES. the room, a 'superior double or twin room,' felt smaller than expected. the bathroom lacked counter space and the shower temperature was inconsistent, it fluctuated a lot. i also found the noise from the nearby street QUITE disruptive, especially in the early morning. this made it hard to relax fully.

The staff was very helpful upon arrival. It included a welcome drink.
I found the room layout odd. The sink was outside the bathroom. This made it awkward to use first thing in the morning.

wonderful stay at posada terra santa
comfortable hotel roof terrace kind staff central location
I enjoyed the building's beautiful conversion to an comfortable hotel. THE roof terrace was a nice feature. the staff excelled in kindness and service during my four-night stay. the on-site restaurant offered good food. i appreciated the central location in the heart of everything.
The breakfast might need slight improvement. I found it fairly average. it was hard to find ANYTHING else to be critical about since the rest of my stay was wonderful. i'm really stretching to mention even this.

the rooms feature a high standard of finish. i had a quiet area to relax thanks to the patio included with my room. my morning coffee was made even better because of this patio.

helpful staff excellent advice entry courtyard closed drapes
The staff offered excellent advice! They helped us find shops and restaurants. They also explained how to travel to nearby places. One morning, a staff member even accompanied my husband to a pharmacy. He made sure my husband found what he needed!
I feel the need to mention something negative. The room faced the entry courtyard. People using the stairs could look right into the room. I could also hear people talking and pulling luggage. This meant I had to keep the drapes and windows closed.
